The Holiday Farm is situated in Acquapendente (VT), in the earth tongue of Lazio between Umbria and Tuscany, two hours drive from Rome and Florence and a few kilometers from Bolsena Lake, Orvieto, the Etruscan sites of Sovana, Sorano, Pitigliano, and many other sites of tourist and cultural interest.
The stone country house, entirely renovated, is situated on the south-west slope of Monte Rufeno hill, at 600 meters of altitude, in a panoramic position where you can enjoy a wonderful view going from Radicofani to Mt. Amiata and the upper valley of the river Paglia.

Surrounded by the peacefulness of the hilly countryside, we are in the heart of Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve a few steps from the trails and beauties of the nature sanctuary.
We offer 8 apartments with entrance, outside space and independent services, equipped kitchen, independent heating system and fireplace. The distance from Acquapendente town center is of approximately 8 km (4 km of dirt road).

The Apartments

The apartments, on two floors, have outside space with independent entrance, a large living-room with kitchenette, day bed, fireplace, and upstairs bedroom and bathroom with shower. Each apartment has independent heating system, kitchen equipped with electric oven and fridge.
Two out of the eight apartments have two bedrooms.
The structure can comfortably welcome 22 guests.
On demand, it is also possible to have a common living-room with kitchenette and bathroom.
The furnishing consist of restored period furniture; during the renovation works old stone walls have been recovered, also for the interiors, and the ceilings with chestnut tree beams characterize every room.
The price includes linen (including towels and tablecloths), the final cleaning, and firewood. The cost of the heating system depends on consumption and the eventual midweek cleaning is available on demand.

Weekly stay from Saturday at 4.00 p.m./6.00 p.m. to Saturday at 10.00 a.m./11.00 a.m.
Weekend with arrival no later than 6.00 p.m. during the winter:
