The Holiday Farm lies in the province of Arezzo and is surrounded by the green and pleasant Tuscan countryside, in the heart of Casentino, at the border with Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona e Campigna National Park.
The structure lies at 450m a.s.l., at about 6 km from Bibbiena in direction La Verna, in a central position in the valley: from here you can easily reach places of unique beauty like Camaldoli, Poppi, and Bibbiena.
We offer accommodation in two different buildings at about 300m one from the other: Chiesina farmhouse and Catarsena villa.

The Agricultural Holding

The agricultural holding covers about 900 hectares, at an altitude between 450 and 950m a.s.l. It was once divided into more estates according to the sharecropping system, while now it is mainly covered with forests.>>>

The Farmhouse

For over 10 years now the guests have the possibility to stay in a wonderful 18th century stone farmhouse that has been renovated respecting its original features and divided in two large apartments of 160 square meters each, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. A few meters from the house there is a swimming-pool (7x14m) with beach beds, deckchairs, and beach umbrellas and a beautiful view over the valley and Poppi Castle.>>>

The 18th Century Villa

Since July 2007 our guests also have at disposal the 18th century villa which offers a very comfortable stay and is surrounded by a romantic Italian garden scattered with box beds and palms.
The villa consists of two apartments of 85 and 230 square meters respectively.
Besides the large spaces at disposal, Catarsena Villa is completed by the 18th century style refined furnishing and the exclusive heated swimming-pool for the guests.>>>

Our guests can choose to combine several walks in the wonderful Casentino Valley with visits to the nearby town centers, pleasant and relaxing days in the Park and in the swimming-pool surrounded by the green and in a panoramic position.
The nearest cities of art of Tuscany and Umbria are Florence (60 km), Siena (110 km), Arezzo (35 km), Assisi (130 km), and Perugia (120 km).
