The Holiday Farm
Welcome to Nature...
Surrounded by meadows and hills, in front of the highest mountains
of Liguria, a few steps from the sports grounds and from the town: an
ideal position if you want to practice sport, relax, play, be
surrounded by silence, explore the thousand magic places concealed in
the woodlands and along the mountain trails.
La
Casa sul Poggio Holiday Farm offers a unique holiday, ideal for children and
elderly persons, families, couples who are looking for a romantic
place, sport-lovers. The comfort of the rooms, all with terrace, en-suite bathroom, and kitchenette, luminous and cosy, the large spaces
available both inside and outside the structure, give our guests the
opportunity to enjoy an enchanting landscape and appreciate the local
products in any season. Your friends (dogs, cats, etc.) are welcome, by
previous agreement at the moment of the reservation. The Holiday Farm
also offers an apartment accessible for people with disabilities and a lift if
you have problems in climbing the stairs.
The Rooms

other, according to your needs. The apartments are on the first or
second floor: they are all provided with satellite TV (bring your
decoder and cards!), Internet connection, an equipped kitchen,
hairdryer; on demand, beds for children, highchair, and all you may
need for your pets (cage, litter...).
On the ground floor there is a
large hall with card-tables and a TV hall, while in the basement you

Santo Stefano and Val d'Aveto
Santo Stefano lies at 1,017m a.s.l., far from the traditional
tourist routes of Liguria, at the confluence between the provinces of
Genova, Piacenza, and Parma.
The mountain area where the town lies
is characterized by two of the highest summits of the Ligurian
Apennines (Mt. Maggiorasca, 1,799m and Mt. Bue, 1,777m) and by
pastures, beech woods, conifer forests, small lakes, and brooks.
During
the summer, the mild and pleasant climate invites you to walk along the
trails leading, across meadows and forests, to the summit of the
mountains; during the winter, the abundant snowfall gives the
opportunity to use the wonderful cross-country ski track and, from next
winter, also the ski slopes. You can carry out pleasant walks also in
winter, using snow rackets.
