The Holiday Farm
In a place rich in traditions, our proposal is to experience nature...
From the passionate search for a modern balance between the respect of Nature and the exploitation of the territory, a new way to experience Agriculture was born.
Within the continuous rediscovery of rural traditions, new ideas to enhance natural resources have been grafted without contrasts. Our main activity is the free breeding of fallow deer, deer, mouflons, and horses.
Traditional agricultural activities include forestation, the production of fodder for the alimentary integration of game and horses, and the organic cultivation of cereals, olive trees, vegetables and fruit for us and for our guests. The timber of our woodlands is processed in our sawmill.
The Holiday Farm perfectly suits these activities, enhances them, and gives the opportunity to the guests who come from the city to personally experience them.

The History of the Places
The Holiday Farm consists of four farmsteads situated on a large hilly and mountain area going from 400 to 1,000 above sea level, and covers a total area of about 300 ha.
The farmsteads have certain historical origins: they were built around the 16th century. The four farmsteads of ancient origins (La Conca, Santarsa, Vallorsaia, il Cungi) are characteristic examples of agriculture practiced in hilly areas, and they are characterized by cultivations with low environmental impact, small cultivated fields - often with terraces and closed fields - scattered throughout large woodland areas.
