Ridolla... in the heart of nature
The history of manège Ridolla begins in 1979, when Luigi and Anna, who are fond of horses, decide to start the manège with a couple of horses from Podere Villa di Sotto, about 3 km far from Premilcuore.
Thanks to the increasing number of visitors, their initiative proves very successful but, at the same time, it is necessary to find a more suitable place for the manège. In 1981, they start fencing the new manège and renovating the house and the adjoining stable.>>>

The manège is now fully operational and the visitors, who are still accommodated in Luigi and Anna's private home, can enjoy the wonderful landscape of the Park's forests and the company of the hosts, who are also engaged in the boarding service. The manège organizes also "green weeks", during which school-children can ride and take part in ceramics and painting labs.>>>

Besides the food service Ridolla offers its guests several accommodation solutions: an exclusive medieval village overlooking Premilcuore, some ancient stone houses along the river, some wooden chalets situated in the tourist village, a RV area in the river Park equipped with bar and swimming pool, and the campsite. Among the proposed activities horse-riding and equestrian tourism stand out. Ridolla also offers its guests a tennis court and a beach-volleyball court.

Ca' Ridolla's cuisine offers a wide range of traditional dishes from Tuscany and Romagna. Thanks to a small organic vegetable garden Ridolla produces vegetables for its own and its guests' use.>>>

The farm is sitauted in the Foreste Casentinesi, Monte Falterona e Campigna National Park, along the river Rabbi whose natural swimming pools represent one of Italy's most fascinating localities as far as bathing and its wild landscape are concerned. The farm, which was founden in 1979, is located 800 m far from Premilcuore, and it extends within a 3 km range in the green nature.
