The Restaurant - Hotel Cavalli is situated in Loreo, an enchanting town in the province of Rovigo between Adria and Rosolina Mare, at about 1,500m from the new autodrome of the Po Delta, Adria International Raceway, 10 km from the sea (Rosolina Mare), and only a few kilometers from Lidi Ferraresi and Chioggia.

The Restaurant

The Restaurant welcomes up to 85 persons and, with its fish specialties, is recommended by the best wine and gastronomy guidebooks. Here you are a few examples:
Sea appetizers: spiny spider crab, squills, prawns, scallops, sardines in saor, purple dye murex, etc.
First dishes: potato gnocchi with prawns, risotto Montecarlo, risotto with sepia, pennette with crab, spaghetti with clams.
Second dishes: from grilled dishes with brills, turbots, prawns, striped breams, anchovies, sardines, and mackerels, small sepia, fried European squids, fried sardines, squids, etc.

The Hotel - Restaurant Cavalli is open all year round and offers a total of 18 beds: 4 single rooms, 4 double rooms, and two rooms with more than two beds. We speak German.

The Hotel-Restaurant Cavalli suggests nice weekends dedicated to the guests who want to appreciate the natural beauties of our land, offering them unforgettable tours by boat, lasting 4/5 hours or the whole day, among lagoons, canebrakes, and shoals using the Hotel period boats.
The visit develops along the branches of Po di Maistra and di Gnocca, where the river slowly runs towards the sea offering charming settings where it is possible to observe untouched nature and the wildlife populating it (bird watching, photographic hunting).
You will have the opportunity to complete your holiday staying in our Hotel in Loreo historical town center and taste the fish specialties of Polesine prepared in our Restaurant.
