The Hotel Resort 'Il Giardino della Luna', obtained from the ancient monastery of SS. Annunziata in Castiglione del Terziere, was transformed in 1730 into the prestigious residence of Mazzini-Turriani family.
The structure has recently become an accommodation structure, and its 16th century front doors have been opened to the guests looking for ancient atmospheres, silence, healthy food, and culture.
The Hotel Resort offers 14 large rooms with original furniture: each of them will give you the privilege to spend a unique stay, different from the stay of the other guests. The halls, with frescoes and period pieces, will welcome you as ideal places where you can read a book or organize meetings for small groups. The Farm

The choices of the agricultural holding have been made according to the agricultural and environmental features of Lunigiana area, with the aim to recover autochthonous cultivations: olive trees, vineyards, vegetables, and ancient fruits.
"Società Agricola Lunigiana" has patented the labels "Frutti della Luna" and "Olio della Luna" for the products it directly produces: jams, essences, herb teas, balsamic vinegar made with "balsamela" rotella apple, and extra-virgin olive oil.
Moreover, the holding supplies the Restaurant of the Hotel Resort "Il Giardino della Luna" with its products, guaranteeing the genuineness of the dishes.>>>

The Restaurant

Our restaurant suggests the traditional cooking of Lunigiana, refined and tasty despite the use of a few and simple ingredients: cereals, legumes, mushrooms, chestnuts, wild herbs, and herbs from the vegetable garden.
The wine list, consistently with our philosophy, includes the best local production, strong wines and fruity wines. The restaurant is open, by previous booking, also for the guests who are not staying in the residence.>>>
