Surrounded by the setting of Agro Pontino, at the foot of Mt. Circeo, "Il San Francesco" Charming Hotel faces Sabaudia Lake.
From its privileged position, it enjoys a wonderful panorama over Mt. Circeo, the sea of Sabaudia and Paola Lake. The park of the hotel reaches a private jetty on the lake, with possibility to carry out romantic or sports tours.

The Rooms

The Hotel offers a total of 27 rooms, among Classic double rooms, Deluxe double rooms, and Suites. The light and natural colors of the furnishing well match with the colonial style to offer the guests a bright and cosy atmosphere, in harmony with the surrounding natural panorama. Il San Francesco has also communicating rooms, rooms for families, and 2 rooms accessible for people with disabilities.

The small indoor swimming-pool, with countercurrent swimming machine, Turkish bath with chromotherapy, cabin for massages/aesthetic treatments and fitness area are at the guests' disposal. During the summer, the daily fee includes the transfer to the private beach and the use of a sunshade and two sunbeds for each room. The restaurant, both for lunch and dinner, offers the possibility to taste the local recipes. It extends outdoors, in the park, during the summer.

Sabaudia

Sabaudia, a town of Central Italy with about 14,000 inhabitants, is situated in the province of Latina, along the Tyrrheanian coast, in the north-west of Circeo promontory, and can be reached by taking S.S. 148 Pontina for 100 km from Rome. It is a little oasis of peace, where nature has left its most beautiful signs: the large forest of Selva del Circeo - Circeo National Park - the long and imposing coastal dune rich in Mediterranean maquis, the four small lakes (Fogliano, Monaci, Caprolace and Paola or Sabaudia), the archaeological remains, the sea and the sun…
