Lassù is an apartment at the second floor, with a view over Vernazza’s famous central square, Piazza Marconi.

It is accessed by a secondary street (Via Guidoni) and is very close to the sea and the pier. Climb a steep stairway and land on paradise.

A vast living room opens on a roof terrace overlooking the main square. Under your eyes, boats and roof tops, the beach and the town inhabitants.

You’ll see the tourists mesh with the restaurants’ colourful sun umbrellas, the church on the water and the vineyards right before you. The vibrant colours and nuances are exactly what we dream of when we think of Vernazza and Cinque Terre.

The air conditioning is in the living room but it is sufficient to lower the temperature in the whole apartment; it works as heating as well.
A pretty, small and fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine) is by the terrace.

Being at the top of the building, the apartment is remarkably quiet at nighttime, even if it is on the main square. Everything is close at hand and it allows to experience village life.
Restaurants and beaches are close by, and the square below is the point of departure of hiking trails.

The apartment is bright and charming, recently renovated, respectful of local traditions, but the best thing about it is certainly the terrace with tables and chairs, that will give guests pleasant hours in one of Cinque Terre’s best places.

Vernazza is a holiday place where people stop in the square, go to the restaurants, and have nice chats, sometimes late into the night, but nothing comparable to a city’s noise.

Lassù is quite high, at the top floor, so noise arrives softened.
