The Operator guarantees that their structure is barrier-free, with: 1) Parking lots with parking spaces near the entrance, and wider than normal, reserved for people with reduced mobility. 2) Wide and regular external path, with possible ramps at least 90 cm wide and maximum slope of 5%. 3) Entrance with door at least 90 cm wide. 4) Spacious reception, without carpets or rugs that make the passage difficult. 5) Wide corridors, or with maneuvering areas for people in wheelchairs. 6) Regular and homogeneous stairs, with comfortable handrails at a height of about 1 meter. 7) Elevators with cabin at least 140 cm deep and 110 cm wide, with a side-sliding door of at least 80 cm. 8) Rooms located on the ground floor or in the immediate vicinity of an elevator, with an access door at least 80 cm wide. 9) Large bathrooms, with sliding door or opening door to the outside, open shower or equipped with a shower box with an opening greater than 70 cm.

Hi, I’m Simone!
My most satisfying achievement is to have my Guests feel at home; in my studio they can enjoy unforgettable views, amid the greenery of the sea-facing terraces and breath-taking sunsets.
The atmosphere of our balcony is perfect to relax while sipping a glass of Cinque Terre DOC wine. We recommend the studio to those who wish to spend relaxing evenings after a day at the sea or walking on the trails that cross Cinque Terre’s picturesque villages.

I’ve always been very rooted in my land and, together with my family, I take part in its safeguard. We are among the founding members of "Fondazione Manarola Cinqueterre ONLUS”, with which we contribute to the maintenance of this wonderful but fragile landscape. Like building dry stone walls for the terraced fields, welcoming tourist is an art, which also gives me the opportunity of meeting new people, cultures and traditions, thus enriching my spirit and my curiosity.

Sciacchetra takes part in the “Marchio di Qualità Ambientale” (MQA) project and in the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism (CETS Italia), adopting and promoting good practices for the protection of the environment. www.manarolavistamare.it/wp/?page_id=114
Studio Suite Sciacchetrà

Sciacchetrà is in the picturesque village of Manarola, within Cinque Terre National Park. The studio is in the upper village and has an enviable view of the sea and the famous Cinque Terre vineyards.

It is a vast studio which can accommodate up to 4 people, and is at the third floor of a brand new building, with private lift. The vast open space has a king-size bed (160×200 cm), ceiling fan to cool the place in the hottest months, and a faux leather sofa bed (also 160×200 cm).

The bathroom is decorated with mosaics and is provided with a large shower and hair dryer.
The kitchen (with hobs, oven and fridge) opens onto a small balcony where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets over the Ligurian Sea.
The studio is complete with bed and bathroom linen, a safe, and an assortment of teas and coffees to make your stay even pleasanter.
A camp bed for small children is available upon request.
