The B&B Coffee and Milk is situated in the area of Maria Pia, a few steps from the homonymous Beach and Pinewood. Thanks to its barycentric position, from the B&B you can easily reach, also on foot, the charming town center, the Barcellona promenade, the nearby beaches, the supermarkets, the post office, banks, and the bus stops from where you can easily reach the airport or the port. In a few minutes by car you can reach, without crossing the town center, Capo Caccia, Porto Conte, or the beaches of Bombarde, Lazzaretto, Mugoni, and Tramariglio.

The Rooms

Our guests have at their disposal, in a suite of the apartment, two double rooms with advanced air-conditioning and heating systems offering a cool and comfortable room in summer and a warm room in winter. Moreover, the rooms have double glazing windows, so that our guests can enjoy quiet and peaceful moments, as well as services improving the comforts, like the breakfast hall and the panoramic terrace you can directly access from the room.
Satellite TV is at our guests' disposal. The service is included in the price, but only on demand and by previous booking. Both rooms have private bathroom, and, if necessary, they can become triple rooms to welcome no more than 6 persons.

Always included in the price, we offer our guests the following services:

• Daily tidying up and cleaning of the rooms
• Bathroom cleaning a few times during the day
• Bedroom and bathroom linen
• Shampoo and shower gel
• Fridge (one in each room)
• Hairdryer and iron
• TV hall

Moreover, if necessary, we will be glad to look after your luggage also beyond check-out time. And, under payment of a small contribution fee, we also offer laundry service.

Accommodation

The B&B Coffee and Milk is well-known for the breakfast it offers (included in the price): it is served in a large room and includes a rich buffet. This means that our guests don't need to worry about anything. When they wake up, they will find their breakfast ready, without leaving the B&B to look for it. Our breakfast includes fresh milk (and not UHT) coming from the central dairy, coffee, tea, fruit juice, yogurt, cereals, jams, Nutella, honey, brioches (all national products), milk shake, chocolate, toasts, sandwiches. And there are always local products (cakes, sebadas, etc.). Without a doubt, you will start your day in a special way, without restrictions in consumption or choice.
The main features characterizing Coffee and Milk are its real and satisfactory products.
Finally, thanks to the very favorable position of our B&B, you can also use the sport facilities the town offers, like tennis fields, municipal swimming-pool, and the race-track for horse riding.
