Poggiofelice, an Oasis at the foot of the Volcano
Poggiofelice "An Oasis at the foot of the Volcano", is a cosy and brand-new B&B. Surrounded by the green oak trees, in a peaceful and panoramic area, it integrates very well with the landscape of Etna Park.

The building is surrounded by an enchanting garden including a picnic area with barbecue, table, and benches. Large and shady car park and automatic entrance gate.
We offer Italian breakfast based on fresh products.
Lupica's will welcome you with the traditional Sicilian warmth.
Virtual Stay
Once you arrive in Zafferana Etnea, in via Chiesa Antica n°11E, watching the B&B from the road you will enjoy a pleasant view. The gate will open, and you will park your car at the shade of imposing oak trees. Lupica's will welcome you and lead you to your room. Around the corner, in front of an enchanting setting, you will feel fine: the door of your room will open, and you will have no more doubts. Just relax. You are on holiday.
The building, developing on the ground floor, has an angular shape: from the side of the road, there are the entrance and the car park; inside, you will find the room entrances under a pergola and, at the shade of big pine trees, the traditional well and the picnic area with barbecue, table, and benches. Everything is surrounded by flowers, a green meadow, the bird singing, the sea view in the east and the view of Etna in the west: your stay will become an extraordinary moment of relax. The chaos of the town and the traffic are far now. Regenerate in our oasis…
Why talking about Etna ?
I would like to make you discover Etna in a brand new way, from a more personal point of view than what you will find on the web.
Etna is part of my life. At night, before going to sleep, I go to the window and look at the top of the volcano, as many fathers do with their children: they open the door of the room and check everything is fine. Then they go to sleep. The same in the morning: as soon as I wake up, I open the window and look at the volcano, like the farmer studies the weather in the morning. Yes, without a doubt Etna is part of my family, it participates in some way in all the household events. For this reason, I get angry when I discover that several tourists give up a tour to Etna and practice some other activity instead. A tour to Etna is a unique tour, especially when the volcano is erupting: a mix of emotions and sensations linked to a magic view!
Living on the slopes of Etna is like having a child sleeping in the adjacent room, and be worried any time you hear him cough.
