San Silvestro Archaeological and Mining Park is characterized by the presence of very interesting rocks both from a geological and mining point of view. This particular feature has influenced the history of its territory, interested since ancient times by the search for and extraction of the metal-bearing minerals. The trekking aims at observing and discovering the geology of the Park both walking along its trail network and going along the mining gallery of Temperino dug during the 19th and 20th century.
