• At 7.40 a.m.: Departure from Roma Tiburtina train Rome-Avezzano
• At 9.53 a.m.: Arrival at Avezzano railway station and meeting with the tour guide in front of the station
• At 10.00 a.m.: Departure with the minibus to reach the archaeological site of Alba Fucens and St Peter Church
• At noon: Departure to reach Celano and visit to the Anthropological Museum Le paludi
• At 1.00 p.m.: Lunch at the farmstead Ciaccia with organic menu and visit to the beekeeping company
• At 3.00 p.m.: Visit to Piccolomini Castle in Celano
• At 5.00 p.m.: Stop at the Visitor Center and annexed Chamois Wildlife Area of Rovere
• At 6.30 p.m.: transfer to Ovindoli and accommodation in the hotel, dinner and overnight stay

Sunday

• At 9.00 a.m.: meeting in front of the hotel and departure to reach Valle d'Arano with possibility to carry out a tour on horseback
• At 11.00 a.m.: departure to reach  Piani di Pezza, naturalistic walk
• At 1.00 p.m.: arrival in Stiffe and packed lunch in the picnic area
• At 3.00 p.m.: entrance and visit to the caves
• At 5.00 p.m.: return to Avezzano across Valle Subequana
