The Cooperative aims at creating a new accommodation structure, different from any other not only for its quality service, but above all for the reasons and ideals leading to its creation. Le Mille e Una Notte has been managing for some years also the services of
Environmental Education, Guided Visits, Bike Rental, and the Museum of the Night within
Nazzano, Tevere Farfa Nature Reserve, only 30 minutes from Rome.

Palazzo Baronale is an ancient building situated in the medieval town of
Torrita Tiberina (RM). It was built in the 12th century to protect the town and belonged to Melchiorri family. In the 19th century it became the residence of Prince Alessandro Torlonia. Surrounded by the wonderful Tiber Valley, it consists of 5 floors and 44 rooms, including "house, courtyard, mill, small dining-room, and cave".

Our guests have the opportunity to combine their stay or a visit to the restaurant with several recreational activities exclusively organized in the territory of
Tevere Farfa Reserve and in the Middle-Upper Tiber Valley.
It is possible to practice bird watching, carry out guided visits on foot, by bike, on horseback, and by boat, and visit the town of Nazzano, Torrita Tiberina, the Museum of the River, the Museum of the Night, as well as several churches, abbeys, and nearby medieval towns.
We offer our guests 4 rooms, out of which 1 suite and 3 DeLuxe, furnished with great taste. Our offer is intentionally limited: Palazzo Baronale is thus characterized by an ancient atmosphere and, at the same time, a high-quality comfort.

Surrounded by an enchanting, friendly, and reserved atmosphere, the restaurant is situated in one of the rooms of Palazzo Baronale.
It was born from the desire to create a new and alternative place different from any other restaurant for cuisine and service. The chef of the structure is a young Italian promise of the high cuisine coming from Veneto. The protagonists of the new restaurant menu are Italian products and dishes revisited in a global key thanks to unusual and creative combinations. A varied and balanced proposal based on the enhancement of season and fresh products, an essential condition for a cuisine based on fast cooking and immediate tastes.
