Area protetta regionale Giardini Botanici Hanbury

It is a landscape analysis of the relationship between the shape of the place and the structure of the Gardens, aimed at discovering the potentialities and restraints that the natural and rural landscape have exerted on the definition of the project, a historical-landscape and semiological analysis studying the peculiarities and features which have made these Gardens unique among those gardens created in the same years along Riviera Ligure and the French Riviera.
Francesca Mazzino is a landscape architect and collaborates to the course of Landscape Planning of the Faculty of Architecture Specialization School, University of Genoa.
