On 15th May in the Parco Nazionale della Val Grande (Piemonte, near Torino)

The Ente Parco invites us on Saturday 15th May to a naturalistic itinerary with route Ompio - Basseno - Corte Buè – Ompio, at the discovery of one of the largest settlements of Val Grande, along centuries-old mule tracks and paths.
We will have the opportunity to admire amazing views over the Rio Valgrande gorge and the wild Mt. Pedum, the first integral reserve of the Alps.
The meeting will take place at Alpe Ompio at 9.00 a.m.
Advance booking is essential and must be made by contacting the Parco Nazionale Val Grande (Tel. 0323/557960) at least 4 days before the hike. Hikes are subject to minimum numbers of booked participants (minimum 5).
The cost per person is 10 Euros, children under 14 pay half price if accompanied by their parents. In case of bad weather or any other inconvenience, itineraries may change at the discretion of the Guide in charge of the hike.
