News from the Italian Parks

(Pescasseroli, 12 Dic 16) Registration is open for the 12th edition of "Fotografare il Parco", the international contest promoted by the Stelvio, Gran Paradiso, Abruzzo-Lazio-Molise, and Vanoise National Parks, together with Swarovski Optik Italia, and supported by Alparc (Rete delle Aree Protette Alpine - Network of Alpine Protected Areas) and Federparchi.
The four protected areas invite all nature and photography enthusiasts who wish to capture national parks'uniquely rich and beautiful heritage of biodiversity, and to let their work reach a wide audience.
Winners will receive Swarovski and Nikon equipment to observe and photograph nature, discount tickets for the professional photo lab Photogem, stays in the parks, and subscriptions to the magazine "La Rivista della Natura", specialised in nature and environment and media partner of the contest.
Registration is open until 30th September 2017. Each photographer may compete in the five sections listed in the contest regulation, with up to four photos for each section, in colour or black and white. Participation is free.
