Inauguration of the Stupinigi Running Route

19 September 2020
(18 Set 20)

The Stupinigi Nature Park is equipped to welcome the sportsmen of the Turin metropolitan area, offering a path where to appreciate the traditional agricultural landscapes with the wonderful view of the Hunting Residence of Stupinigi.

The circuit, measured at 7 Km and signposted, will be equipped with a free service of lockers, made available to runners inside the Sportland shop in MondoJuve Shopping Village, whose parking spaces will be able to accommodate the runners' cars. This new and effective collaboration between public and private sectors will allow the Park's users to enjoy this new opportunity.

The President of the Park Authority, Luigi Chiappero says: "The great experience in running activities gained at the Mandria Natural Park is now also being put to good use at the fantastic Stupinigi Natural Park, where uncommon landscapes of great beauty can be experienced in complete freedom".

Gianpiero Tolardo, the mayor of Nichelino, says: "Nichelino can host another opportunity to promote the Stupinigi natural wealth, through the sporting access, which is also finding increasing interest among my fellow citizens".

According to Giuseppe Bruno, director of Mondojuve Shopping Village: "We are very pleased to be able to offer parking and storage services to the runners who will come to discover the new itinerary, thanks also to the willingness of Sportland, so as to help them to live an extraordinary experience in peace and safety in the Stupinigi Park"

Saturday 19 September 2020 at 10.30 a.m. there will be the inauguration, for which we send an invitation to the newspapers.

With the participation of Associazione podistica Borgaretto 75, whose athletes will experience the path that will also be used for their next training sessions on Wednesday 13 and 30 September and 7 October (at 6.00 p.m.)
