Adda Sud Park offers various cycle routes developing on dirt roads, asphalt roads, and stretches of path. They are accessible to all the cycling tourists with a minimum of experience, and able to ride for distances of about 30 kilometers with bicycles suitable for not particularly demanding off-the-road tracks. The routes are linked one to the other, since they have in common the bridges over the river Adda: in this way, you can decide to link more itineraries among them and to ride for longer distances.

The suggested itineraries are seven, like the colors of the rainbow, and cross the territory of Adda Sud Park from north to south.
