After many experimentations on the rye cultivation steered to the straw production to reconstruct the traditional roofs in the Park's valleys, also the grains were finally appreciated in 2012 thanks to both millstones and bread production. At present, the rye bread small production cannot meet the demand, but the enlargement of the cultivated surfaces gives people hope.
