Currently, the course for the Quality Label considers the wine-growing production and does not include the wine-making process. The wine-growing production takes place according to the production specifications of Garda Classico DOC wine, respecting both the quality parameters (% typology of vines, alcoholometric title at the moment of the production) and quantity parameters (yield of the grapes per hectare).
