Raw Milk

Production area:
Val d'Aveto (S. Stefano d'Aveto) and Val Graveglia (Ne)

Curiosities: milk directly produced by the Park holdings. It is very fresh, not subject to any treatment, coming from one holding only and, last but not least, cheap for consumers. It is milked early in the morning, filtered, put in the fridge, and transported to the automatic dispenser. Each holding has its own milk and its own dispenser. It is a good and safe milk because it is systematically subject to controls.

Product features: it is a product undergoing neither thermal treatments (pasteurization) nor homogenization. Therefore, it is alive with its own enzymes, vitamins, and cream. As a precaution, the Italian Ministry of Health has obliged the write the sentence "consume only after boiling" on the dispensers.

  • Preparation: after milking, milk is filtered, put in the fridge, and transported to the automatic dispenser.
