In the refined atmosphere of the Casino de' Boschi, former dwelling of the Duchesses of Parma, is the Casinetto, a former court theatre.
The building, overlooking the enchanting Monumental Garden, houses the Park's Visitor Centre and "The Museum of wood and territory", which extend into the surrounding nature with paths of particular interest. It is an open-air museum, which includes exhibition paths, nature trails and small elements of architectural value, such as the ice house and the ancient dynamo used in the past to bring light to the Casino de' Boschi.

Entrance fee: Entrance is free of charge
open on Sundays from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. in September, April, May, June and July. From 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. in October, November and March.
Closed in January, February, August and December.
