Honey

Honey is produced in places where the flora is still intact, and does not undergo industrial processing.
Bee keepers extract the honey from the honeycombs with the traditional centrifugation system and, without using thermal treatments or operations that could alter its natural composition, put it into vases when it is still liquid as at the moment of the extraction.

  • mixed flower honey, very nourishing and with high dietetic qualities
  • chestnut honey, with a strong and rather bitter taste
  • eucalyptus honey, with an aromatic taste
  • thyme honey, with a slightly spicy taste and antiseptic properties
  • acacia honey, with a sweet taste
