A Park involving the city and the whole territory

The Brianza Centrale Park currently consists of part of the Seregno communal territory situated in the northern area of the Province of Milano: it is about highly urbanized areas which consolidated over the years with few green areas which have a great environmental value. They are mainly agricultural lands surrounded by natural woods of black locusts and elderberries giving their contribution to the preservation of animal species. Most of the areas belonging to the Park are situated around the city to form a kind of green belt. Two areas already equipped for the spare time are particularly significant: the "Parco 2 Giugno alla Porada" and the "Parco agricolo Meredo". The areas of the "Brianza Centrale" Park are very important because they represent the element which can make it possible to both maintain nature characteristics and prevent from the saturation of the free areas.
