Campi Flegrei were considered in the past one of the entrances to the Realm of the Dead. During the Roman Age, Baia was one of the most sought-after locations by the characters of the imperial court, linked to Emperors like Nero or Domitian. A journey between land and sea, the visit to the Archaeological Park, and then to the Museum of Campi Flegrei, to end diving, to discover the ancient town of Baia, submerged because of bradyseism.

Getting closer to the nature and history of Campi Flegrei through an itinerary between volcanos and history: Monte Nuovo suddenly emerged after an eruption in 1538, changing the landscape.
