Campi Flegrei were considered in the past one of the entrances to the Realm of the Dead. In a day, you will experience the metaphoric descent to the Hades along the banks of Averno, the underwater visit to the submerged park of Baia, and a real descent into the subterranean Piscina Mirabilis, the big reservoir feeding the imperial palaces and the Roman fleet of Miseno.
