Frascati DOC
DOC - Controlled Designation of Origin
Frascati DOC label is reserved to white wine obtained from the following vines: Malvasia bianca di Candia and Trebbiano Toscano, alone or combined, for no less than 70%. The wine can also include the vines Malvasia del Lazio and Greco for no more than 30%, and other white vines classified "adequate to cultivation" for no more than 10%, except aromatic vine species.
