"Monti delle Faete" - Circuit of Maschio delle Faete and Mt. Cavo

Landscape Itinerary

On foot         Great Interest: Flora Great Interest: Wildlife Great Interest: Panorama 

    This itinerary leaves from piazza Di Vittorio (Campi d'Annibale) in Rocca Papa. Following at first Strada Vicinale delle Faete, you will get after about 2.4 asphalt kilometers, at the foot of Maschio delle Faete. From this point, after taking on the right the service road leading to the RAI relay, you will get after about 1.3 km to Maschio delle Faete, the highest summit of Colli Albani (956 meters). Here, if you look to the north, you will admire the so-called "Campi di Annibale".
