Locality: contrada La Selva (Listed under Law no. 1497/39)

The Sanctuary has a masonry façade, dated 1712, leaning against the rock face with a cloverleaf rose window. […] Inside, it has a single nave with a flat cealing. […] On the left, there is a fresco of the "Crucifixion" and MEMENTO DOMINE FAMULA TUA BULARINA is written onto it. […] On the counter-façade there is a fresco of the "Virgin". The front altar is decorated with artificial marble and baroque volutes.
