Naturalistic Education Workshop

It is situated in the heart of Colli Euganei, on the eastern slope of Mt. Venda, in the Municipality of Galzignano Terme, one of the most beautiful landscape areas. The Region-owned building is a characteristic rural farmstead surrounded by the peacefulness and silence of Mt. Venda. It has been recently renovated and enlarged with bio-architecture techniques. It is managed by the Park Authority through the Social Cooperative "Terra di Mezzo". It is a didactic workshop at direct contact with the natural environment, where it is easy to immediately tune with nature, history, and human activities. Moreover, it houses the Park Didactic Library and an interesting botanic garden, one section of which is dedicated to medicinal plants. Casa Marina is also a hostel and offers a total of 24 beds divided into 2 dormitories and 2 single rooms; there are no architectural barriers and it can perfectly welcome people with disabilities. The structure can welcome school groups, groups, associations, meetings, and conferences. It is an info point for those people who, walking along the paths crossing the Park, would like to have a better knowledge of Colli Euganei area.
