Vine variety: very fine vine variety with very ancient origins; it derives from a genetic mutation of the Black Pinot. The hills and dry soils are its habitat.

• Features: it has a light straw-white color with greenish shades and a fine and delicate undergrowth perfume. It has a bitter almond aftertaste, velvety and pleasantly dry.
• Serving temperature: 10°C.
