The "Le Terrazze" estate has been the property of the Terni family for more than a century.It covers 150 hectares of land, of which 15 hectares see the cultivation of vineyards on the hills around Numana, located at just a few hundred meters from the sea.The cultivation of vineyards has always been one of the traditional forms of extensive agriculture carried out by the estate. The most important wine produced by the firms is Rosso Cónero wine, both standard quality and cru Sassi neri quality. However, it also produces an excellent quality of Chardonnay and traditional Donna Giulia spumante with Montepulciano grapes, as well as a small quantity of high quality olive oil.
