Pucia

The ingredients are durum and common wheat, rye flour, and cumin seeds. You will obtain from the mixture flat loafs of 2 or 3 centimeters and of about 250 grams of weight, filled with cold cuts or local cheese and warmed up before eating: the characteristic snack of the mountain huts.
