Pramaggiore massif can be considered the most representative massif of the Park, since it is situated in the central area of Dolomiti Friulane and since it groups the distinguishing features of this protected area, that is: the presence of considerable natural features and biodiversity, mainly deriving from extremely severe geomorphological features (deep valleys, slopes with considerable differences in height).
