Umbria Oil PDO
PDO - Protected Designation of OriginIn order to obtain the Umbria PDO label, a designation of origin linked to Spoleto-Assisi, the oil must be made for at least 60% with olives of the variety Moraiolo; the rest consists of Frantoio and Leccino varieties.
