The thread of the Visitor Center is archeology, especially the relationship between the past world and the present historical-social context, paying particular attention to the forest exploitation activities.
This structure also deals with the theme of the arboreal rites, that is popular celebrations dedicated to the ritual marriage between two trees, held in all the Park Municipalities, except Calciano; the visitor will discover not only the stages of these rites, but also the objects used and the cultural features leading to preserve these celebrations.
Moreover, it will be possible to visit a room dedicated to wooden portals, representing one of the main attractions of this small town.
