Environmental Education Program 2023/2024
Environmental education projects, designed according to the children's age and the school programmes, concern several themes, mainly connected with the Protected Area's natural and geological features (gypsum, gullies, wetlands,...) but also with sustainable agriculture, waste, ecological footprint, energy. Personalised educational activities can be agreed upon according to the specific needs of a class. The Park offers a wide range of learning modules, guided visits and workshops within the Park, at the educational farmsteads, or at the visitor centres of Villa Torre and Farneto. The visits will accompany children in the discovery of evocative environments rich in biodiversity, incredibly preserved very close to the city.
