Parko Bike is the new mountain bike rental service offered by Gesso and Stura River Park to promote the use of the bike by residents and visitors. The system, developed together Alpi Martittime Park within the project "Mobilità" (Mobility) of the Transfrontier Integrated Plan (PIT: A) "Spazio Transfrontaliero Marittime-Mercantour" and financed by the Transfrontier Cooperation Program Interreg Alcotra 2007-2013, will consist of nine mountain bike rental points in Cuneo, Borgo San Dalmazzo, Valdieri, and Entracque. Each bike goes with its own helmet, padlock, repair kit, and also seats and carriages for babies are available. The bike rental service is on payment, but it is based on special prices.
The 25 bikes put at disposal by Gesso and Stura River Park and giving the opportunity to carry out easy tours along cycle facilities developing for over 40 km along torrent Gesso and river Stura, are available at:

The Park offers children particular game and learning opportunities.
The equipped trails "… in un battito d'ali", "Parole di legno" (respectively dedicated to lepidopterans and the trees of the Park), Crocetta Nature Reserve, and the Didactic Vegetable Garden give the opportunity to discover and learn while having fun, while the existing sports facilities (swimming-pools, tennis courts, marked trails for country running and marathon, artificial cross-country skiing tracks and roller skating tracks) and the private structures (dedicated to horse riding, river canoeing, climbing, beach volley, five-a-side football, archery, and golf) give the opportunity to practice exercise outdoors.

Moreover, specific activities dedicated to schools are held: naturalistic guided tours, tours by bike, didactic trips in the several dedicated areas.
The Park is scattered with elements of particular historical and
cultural interest like sanctuaries, chapels, mills, villas, jacks,
farmsteads.
The Municipality of Cuneo promotes initiatives with
play-educational aims for adults and children: tours, parties,
workshops, sports events, meetings and exhibits on issues linked to the
local river territory.
