Marchigiano Extra-virgin Olive Oil

The quality and typicality of the oil produced in the Marches are the result of different factors: the varieties used, different according to the production area and combining some local varieties with Frantoio and Leccino, the particular soil and climatic conditions of the Marches, the ancient agronomic techniques, and last but not least, the tradition of olive pressing, which is characterized by the coexistence of advanced production realities with small plants which still carry out olive pressing with mullers and a pressure extraction. The result is a kind of oil which has been gathering since many years national and international acknowledgments.
