Spelt of the Marches

Spelt is a tasty product, poor in fat and at the same time rich in fibers, vitamins, and mineral salts. Already used at the time of the Pharahos, of the Etruscans, and of the Romans, today it is rediscovered as an essential natural ingredient of a dynamic and quick cooking. A primitive taste that a holding from Sassoferrato, through the ancient stone milling, offers in four varieties of spelt flour ideal to prepare bread, pasta, and sweets. Spelt does not need chemical fertilizers, since it prefers poor soils.
