Itineraries in Parco Grugnotorto-Villoresi

Municipality of Varedo
The itinerary links Villa Bagatti, its wonderful driveway and the adjacent Villa Agnesi bordering with the Park in the direction of Desio.
You can go along the countryside roads among the cultivated fields and reach Oasi dei Gelsi in Paderno Dugnano, where a considerable work of reforestation is ongoing.
In the north there is Bosco Bello, an old timber supply for farmers.

Municipality of Nova Milanese
The itinerary in Parco di Nova Milanese is short, but its possibility to link with the rest of the Park through already existing or future trails along Canale Villoresi is extremely important.
Of great interest the cycling ring-route developing in the east, as well as the network of countryside paths of Grugnotorto, historical location giving the name to the Park. By following them you can reach an important farm producing milk.

Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo
The itineraries of Cinisello interest Sant'Eusebio countryside.
The route crosses the recently equipped park and the nature sanctuary until a thick pinewood and the municipal gardens.
You can come from Muggiò and by following the cycling track along via Machiavelli.
Along the route Cascina Vallo you can appreciate the lime tree rows, the evidences of the ancient divisions in the cultivated fields.
The Cascina (or farmstead) is no longer in use, but witnesses the important agricultural activity practiced in these places in the past.

Municipality of Muggiò
The itinerary of Muggiò leads you to discover Parco della Taccona, its sports equipment and the beautiful cycling track running along Canale Villoresi and from where, towards the east, you can reach Monza and its park.
From the Villoresi route it will be soon possible to reach Sant'Eusebio in Cinisello Balsamo.
Cascina Boscaccio represents an attempt to defend the image of an agriculture which had to give way to new structures.
You will also see the secondary channels which, in the past, have enabled this dry plain to produce cheese, corn, and what was necessary for the area.

Municipality of Paderno Dugnano
The itineraries of Paderno Dugnano link already existing realities.
The itinerary Lago e Gelsi links Oasi dei Gelsi to Parco Lago Nord, a significant example of a quarry recovery.
Along the other itinerary you can see, by leaving from the Lake, another historical farmstead, Cascina Uccello and from there reach other countryside roads and the Baraggiole cycling tracks.

Municipality of Cusano Milanino
The Flowers itinerary (dei Fiori) is short but by following it you can reach Parco Nord.
Through the Buffoli driveway, to the center of the Town-Garden of Cusano Milanino, you can reach the park territory and get to Paderno Dugnano and Cinisello Balsamo.
At the borders with Cusano Milanino, but already in the territory of Paderno, there is Cascina Invernizzi.
