The prestigious "La Venaria Reale" International Horse Center was set up within La Mandria Regional Park as part of a more general project to enhance the value of Reggia di Venaria and its surrounding district.
The project involved the restoration of Cascina Rubbianetta - a building measuring approximately 5,000 square meters and dating back to 1863, previously used as a stable for horse breeding - as well as the setting up of some external areas for training, a paddock, and an indoor manège covering an area of approximately 4,000 square meters.
