La Mandria come proposta turistica
For several years, La Mandria Park Authority has been pursuing the aim to promote and further enhance its own territory, working as a driving force for the local development.
Eco-cultural tourism represents today the most promising form of development for the areas situated within or bordering with the protected area of La Mandria Regional Park and Valli di Lanzo Parks and Nature Reserves. In particular, the presence in some areas of a combination of environmental, cultural, and architectural resources, wine and gastronomy, local craftsmanship and folklore, can offer important development opportunities.
The Park Authority, within the project "La Mandria come proposta turistica" ("La Mandria as tourist proposal", approved with DGE no.72.06 of 31/08/2011), started a collaboration with the local accommodation structures with a co-marketing agreement, in order to start and implement a process of tourist and eco-compatible enhancement and promotion of the territory. The project includes an initial test period of 6 months, and then will be extended to all the Structures of the Park territory and the adjacent Municipalities.
Besides mutual promotion, the co-marketing agreement offers special terms both for the guests of the Structures and the Park visitors.
The Park Authority:
- offers to the guests of the Accommodation Structure the possibility to take part in the scheduled activities organized by La Mandria Park at a special price, with previous booking and information by the Structure
- offers to the groups who are guests of the Accommodation Structure the possibility to organize visits and activities in La Mandria Park at a special price, with previous booking and information by the Structure
- for groups, there is the possibility to organize personalized visits and activities that can be planned with the Park Authority.
The Accommodation Structure:
offers to the visitors of the Park Authority booking a service through the hospitality page of the Accommodation Structure or who have discovered the Structure through the promotion tools of the Park Authority (for instance: web site, info point, etc.) the possibility to enjoy special prices according to the typology and category of the Structure.

The special prices and conditions deriving from the agreement are valid for the Accommodation Structures joining the project and marked with the logo of La Mandria Park.
