Parco di Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli


In order to spread and enhance the products linked with this territory's history and tradition, the Park boosted the creations of the artisan confectioners having the organic pine nut as protagonist.
The small pastry called "Kinzica" - which was named after the legendary female hero from Pisa - is produced with organic pine nuts and with the beach honey of the Park.
The "Migliarino" chocolate was named after one of the Park's estates, where the presence of the pinewoods is more marked.
It is prepared with pine nuts, dark, milk and white chocolate.
