Parco di Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli

Mainly obtained from the Limousine cow breed and from the steers of the typical Pisana cow. Its breeding is widespread in the Coltano, San Rossore and Migliarino estates. The beef obtained from the Pisana cow breed is characterized by a marked taste, it is tender and of a light red color in the youngest specimens, compact and darker in the 18 to 20 months old ones.
