Mountain Bike Itineraries

The network of trails crossing the Park is interesting for mountain-bike lovers. The old mule tracks, the agricultural, sylvicultural, and breeding trails, the old ways of the quarries are the most used tracks by cyclists, above all during the weekends in which the Park is closed to motor vehicles.

• Advisable equipment and clothing: cycling clothing, wear the helmet
• Advisable period: from spring to autumn
• Other things: it is advisable to avoid fast descents also on the road, by paying particular attention to tourists who, since the road is closed to motor vehicles, often move absentmindedly.
