From Sigillo, go up to Val di Ranco. After 1 km and a hairpin bend, the road crosses the Gorghe Torrent. This is the starting point of the trail, that goes up-river along the brook. Soon after, you will see the breathtaking, 70m high "Holm-Oaks Rift"; thanks to its particular geological and vegetation features, the E.C. has awarded it the title of "site of special common interest". Cross the rift and turn left; after a steep climb, you will reach the "Hemlock Garden", a natural terrace covered by this poisonous plant. Go back to the starting point.
