Colli della Sabina DOC label is reserved to white, rosé, and red wines. White and rosé also spumante and sparkling, red wine not only spumante and new, but also new wine. White wine consists of Trebbiano Toscano and/or Trebbiano Giallo, at least 40%; Malvasia di Candia and/or Malvasia del Lazio, at least 40%. Other white vine varieties classified as "adequate for the cultivation", not exceeding the 20%. Red and rosé wine consist of Sangiovese (40-70%), Montepulciano (15-40%). Other red vine varieties classified as "adequate for the cultivation", not exceeding the 30%.
